These terms apply to Perfect Price: the apps for Android, Windows and Linux, the browser extension, and this website with its optional accounts. By using any of them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

Perfect Price is a tool that runs on your own devices. It reads the pages of products you choose at supported online shops, keeps their price history on your devices, and tells you by a notification when a price reaches the target you set. An account on this website is optional. It is a free, personal project offered as is.
Prices, vouchers and stock information are read automatically from the shops' public pages and may be late, incomplete or wrong. The shop's own website is always the authority — check the price there before you buy. Perfect Price does not sell anything, is not affiliated with any shop, and is not responsible for a purchase you make or for a deal you miss.
The app checks the products you choose, from your device, for your own use. Use it for your own shopping, not to collect data from shops in bulk, and keep to the shops' own terms. Do not try to break, overload or misuse the apps, the mailbox that paired devices share, or our server, or read other people's data.
Your data lives on your devices. Keep your pairing code safe: whoever holds it can read what your devices share. If you lose every device and the code, data that is not also on an account cannot be recovered — there is no copy on a server we could restore it from.
If you make an account, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Use a real email address you can receive our account emails on. One person per account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Connecting the app to your account is optional and possible only while the server's administrator allows it for your account; the administrator may refuse or withdraw it at any time, and the app then carries on with your data on your devices. We may limit or close an account that misuses the service, without notice.
The shop settings, the updates, the mailbox and the website are provided on a best-effort basis and may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time, including the list of supported shops. Alerts can arrive late or not at all — for example when a shop changes its website or blocks automated checks, or when your device stops background work to save battery.
To the extent permitted by law, Perfect Price is provided without warranties of any kind, and its operator is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including missed or mistaken alerts, lost data and purchases made based on the information shown.
eMAG, Altex, Media Galaxy, PC Garage, Amazon and the other shop names, logos and product names shown in Perfect Price are trademarks of their owners. They are used only to say where a price comes from. Perfect Price is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of these shops. Product photos are shown from the shop's own website and remain the property of their owners.
You can stop at any time: uninstall the app and remove the extension. If you have an account, delete it yourself on the website (Settings → Delete my account). How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
These terms may be updated; the date above shows the latest version. If a change matters to how you use Perfect Price, we will tell account holders by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Perfect Price after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you use Perfect Price as a consumer, you keep every protection that the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence gives you, and nothing in these terms limits it.
